In the spirit of the Houston Rodeo season, our memory care residents enjoyed some country music favorites out on the patio. What a beautiful moment between a mother and son. Thank you for letting us share! #lifegetsbetteratcapstone ... See MoreSee Less

When my parents were no longer able to care for my brother, who was dealing with treatment for throat cancer that included chemotherapy, radiation and surgery that left him unable to speak, Capstone at Veterans Memorial became his new home. The employees at Capstone became a part of his family. They knew his patterns and how to communicate effectively with him. They took care of his needs and helped with any concerns we had as his family. Thank you so much, Capstone staff, for helping him with his transition.
Sandy A.
